Head of Talent & Resourcing

• Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce planning
• Partner with senior management to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies
• Manage and mentor regional/local recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Act as a strategic advisor on leadership hiring, talent pipeline development, and market engagement
• Monitor recruitment performance using data and insights to drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and local labour regulations

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or resourcing leadership
• Proven track record of driving direct sourcing strategies and building internal talent capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
• Regional or cross-market experience preferred
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Deputy Head / Associate Director position
