Job Description:

当企業の日本支社全体の人材要件を明確にし、その要件を確実に達成するための人材育成戦略と明確な後継者育成計画を策定し、推進していただきます。

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement regional talent management principles, policies and processes
Partner with the business to ensure there is a clear and aligned understanding of global talent needs
Ownership and delivery of integrated regional leadership development programs
Partner with business leaders to define and deliver the capability plan for key regional capabilities
Lead the reginal implementation of functional competency development globally

Requirements:

Extensive talent and development experience
Proven ability to work across cultures
Experience managing global talent and development programs
Proven track record developing talent and development capability
Understanding of emerging trends and risks and their potential impact on the business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with data, metrics, and analytics to support effective decision making
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent command of written/verbal business English and Japanese
