The Head of TA will define the hiring strategy, raise the bar across every role, and ensure we scale our GTM and Engineering orgs with exceptional talent—fast. Job Responsibility

  • Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive annual headcount goals
  • Manage a team of 5+ recruiters, driving performance against strict KPIs
  • Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill tech roles
  • Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles
  • Deploy employer branding initiatives to position Vibe as a top tech employer
  • Train hiring managers on bar-raising, bias-free interview techniques
  • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within the ATS for accurate reporting
  • Negotiate complex offers aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house
  • Led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company
  • Track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders
  • Managed a team of at least 5 recruiters
  • Proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market
  • Possess deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience in the AdTech or Streaming TV industry
  • Previous experience scaling a team from Series A to C
  • Experience implementing a new ATS from scratch (Ashby)
