The Head of TA will define the hiring strategy, raise the bar across every role, and ensure we scale our GTM and Engineering orgs with exceptional talent—fast. Job Responsibility:
Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive annual headcount goals
Manage a team of 5+ recruiters, driving performance against strict KPIs
Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill tech roles
Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn
Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles
Deploy employer branding initiatives to position Vibe as a top tech employer
Train hiring managers on bar-raising, bias-free interview techniques
Maintain impeccable data hygiene within the ATS for accurate reporting
Negotiate complex offers aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands
Requirements:
10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house
Led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company
Track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders
Managed a team of at least 5 recruiters
Proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market
Possess deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements
Nice to have:
Experience in the AdTech or Streaming TV industry
Previous experience scaling a team from Series A to C
Experience implementing a new ATS from scratch (Ashby)
