Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's overarching business objectives
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from initial sourcing to successful onboarding
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
Proactively identify and attract exceptional talent through a diverse range of sourcing channels
Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment
Champion a positive and professional candidate experience, reflecting our company's values
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ever-evolving field of talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful talent acquisition strategies that deliver results
In-depth understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and relevant employment laws
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Prior experience working in the Mumbai job market is highly desirable
