We are looking for a TA Lead who understands that behind every smart AI is a team of brilliant humans. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will architect and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our specialized AI Data Operations teams in the Philippines. This role transcends traditional volume hiring; you are a strategic talent advisor to the leadership team, responsible for building a high-precision talent engine that can scale from pilot projects to massive, domain-specific production teams. Your primary mission is to establish the PH site as a center of excellence for AI talent, creating a scalable and automated model for the organization’s future growth.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic TA Leadership & Architecture: Design and implement a robust recruitment framework and governance model tailored for AI Data Solutions (Annotation, RLHF, Linguists). Align talent supply with rapid operational ramps, ensuring the organization is positioned as a solid player in the local market
Operational Partnership & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to Operations Leaders and Stakeholders to define complex project requirements. Translate domain-specific expertise needs into actionable hiring profiles and advise on recruitment best practices
Sourcing & Channel Innovation: Architect a multi-channel sourcing strategy—leveraging LinkedIn for international talent pools, university partnerships, and tech communities—to build a proprietary pipeline of high-logic and high-analytical candidates
Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline the end-to-end hiring lifecycle (planning, screening, onboarding) to ensure the process is agile and data-driven. Implement automation and productivity tools to reduce manual management costs and increase visibility to leadership
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track advanced metrics (Quality of Hire, Funnel Efficiency, Time-to-Fill) to solve complex recruitment bottlenecks. Provide actionable market intelligence and salary benchmarking to local and global management
Team Development & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing TA team (including managers and leads), fostering a culture of excellence, resilience, and analytical thinking
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in "Founding Team" environments: Experience building organizations or recruitment functions from the ground up is highly preferred
Extensive experience in Specialized Volume Hiring (Technology, Finance, or Shared Services) and Executive Recruitment
Strategic Workforce Planning: Expert-level ability to manage enterprise resource planning and organizational scaling
Global Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with US/Australian/Singaporean leadership and managing cross-border compliance
Recruitment Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in ATS and a passion for utilizing AI/automation to optimize HR workflows
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Agility: Ability to adapt to fast-changing project requirements and "hiring seasons"
Influence: Capable of increasing the TA team's credibility and visibility within the organization
