Job Description:

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand. You’ll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines
  • Oversee Employer Branding operations, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy
  • Build and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment, automation, D&I initiatives)
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Lead innovative recruiting projects, from graduate programs to automation and data-driven decision-making, to position our organization as a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced or scaling environments
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, tools (ATS, CRM), and employer branding strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence and partner at all levels
  • Passion for people, growth, and impact
  • Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth contexts, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Data-driven and structured, always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience
