Head of Supply Chain

We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and holistic Head of Supply Chain with solid experience in food, sustainability, or FMCG. This role is ideal for someone who balances long‑term thinking with practical execution and enjoys creating clarity, strengthening operations, and developing teams and systems that work well together. Reporting to our COO, you will take a broad view of the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring alignment between R&D, commercial goals, sourcing, production, and logistics. You’ll help shape the operational foundation that allows Reduced to scale reliably — while building strong collaboration across the organization.
