Job Responsibility:

Oversee the procurement of components and logistics of finished parcel lockers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply across Europe and Asia
Implement and maintain a stable supply planning system that optimizes efficiency and reliability
Manage international transport and customs processes to facilitate smooth operations
Develop cost optimization strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, project delivery, and finance to align objectives and achieve strategic goals
Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Analyze supply chain data to drive decision-making and enhance performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement
Strong expertise in international logistics and customs management
Proven track record in cost optimization and efficient supply planning
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluency in English
Willingness to work onsite in Poland

Nice to have:

proficiency in additional languages is a plus
