This opportunity with a rapidly expanding, product-driven company in the food/FMCG space is strengthening its Supply Chain organization with a Head of Demand Planning & Forecasting. The growth figures, timescales, and food subsector are all equally exciting for the right person to lead the Planning team, who will be a hands-on experienced leader within a similar space already. If you're energised by speed, ownership, and building smart planning structures in a high-growth environment, this is a role where you would thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and grow a Planning & Ordering team in a company scaling internationally
  • Shape forecasting, production planning, and material flow end-to-end
  • Drive digital planning tools (SAP + modern forecasting software)

Requirements:

  • ~6-12 years in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain (FMCG/food/chemicals ideal)
  • Leadership experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with SAP & advanced planning tools
  • A proactive, energetic style and passion for process improvement
  • Fluent German & English
