Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) delivers a portfolio of high-performance antennas and line devices that enable the world’s communications infrastructure. To secure and scale our global supply capability, we are hiring a Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for EAS. You will lead several specialized teams through their managers and collaborate closely with cross‑functional and international stakeholders. This is a global role based in Rosenheim, Germany, reporting to the Head of Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Own global product availability by driving a robust S&OP and integrated operational planning process that meets customer expectations
Lead order management, production and material planning to deliver target service levels while optimizing inventory and working capital
Ensure required supply capacity across suppliers, internal factories, logistics partners and warehouses, and develop contingency plans for supply continuity
Define and implement the optimal trade-off between lead time, cost and service across a complex international supply network
Track supply chain KPIs, perform root-cause analysis and launch continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency and reliability
Champion digitalization and automation to improve processes, data flows and decision support across the supply chain
Build, lead and develop a high-performing team through your managers, fostering clear communication, accountability and empowerment
Act as a trusted cross-functional partner with commercial, manufacturing, procurement and logistics stakeholders to align priorities and decisions
Requirements:
Master’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration (supply chain/logistics) or equivalent
Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations and/or supply chain management with proven responsibility for end-to-end processes
Demonstrated experience leading leaders and driving organizational change
Strategic, analytical mindset with a hands-on delivery focus and the ability to connect tactical execution to business outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have:
German is an advantage
Experience with ERP/SCM systems, S&OP processes and digital supply chain tools desirable
certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma are a plus
