We are representing a university college in Malaysia to seek for a Head of Student Services. In this role, you will guide and inspire highly motivated learners on their path to securing places at the world's leading universities. Job Responsibility

  • Hold accountability for the student campus experience
  • Drive excellence across crucial operational functions, including registration, data-driven student records governance, and student disciplinary frameworks
  • Work in lockstep with the University Relations Department, Academic Office, and Principal's Office to co-steer critical initiatives in alumni relations, scholarship administration, and holistic student development

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and manage overall student services operations, develop strategic departmental plans, manage performance evaluations, and direct the yearly operational budget and expenditures
  • Skill in coordinating student registration, and induction programmes, while overseeing complex campus accommodation setups and liaising with facilities maintenance
  • Expertise in managing student databases, maintaining secure personal and disciplinary records, and compiling comprehensive welfare and compliance reports for parents, sponsors, and management
  • Strong capability in enforcing student codes of conduct, managing disciplinary matters, and providing compassionate emotional, academic, and pastoral support alongside residential staff
  • Specialized skill in coordinating institutional documentation and liaison efforts to satisfy external regulatory requirements and accreditations, including MyQuest, MOHE, and MQA
