The candidate will join the APAC Mobility Strategy & Planning team as the regional lead for Australia & New Zealand markets. He/she will play the role of the custodian of longer-term and sustainable growth - define the growth pathway for the next 1-5 years, steering the business with the GM and cross-functional heads as part of the leadership team, and activating / accelerating new growth horizons.

Requirements:
10+ years of strategy consulting, advisory, or related experience
Experience in corporate strategic planning or as an engagement manager or above at a top tier consulting firm
High-growth operations or startup experience strongly preferred
Highly developed business judgement and critical thinking skills
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones
Balance attention to detail with swift execution
Analytical rigour with experience dealing with complex operational and financial data sets
Explorer attitude with ability to self-serve and investigate
