Job Description:

Lead an international team working in close collaboration with yield and pricing teams across the TUI Marketplace to improve the optimisation of revenues across the group. Shape TUI’s global pricing and trading strategy to deliver on growth ambitions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead global test and learn initiatives to solve strategic trading challenges
  • Drive yield and pricing best practice across the Marketplace
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies across key areas such as ancillary yield, dynamic trading, initial pricing, TUI airline optimisation, and in-season trading
  • Manage a team of 3 analysts
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Commercial teams
  • Design and execute global test and learn initiatives to identify revenue enhancement opportunities
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Collaborate with market commercial teams, data science teams, IT, and finance to implement optimisation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy or yield optimisation, preferably within travel, hospitality or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with designing and implementing test and learn methodologies
  • Leadership with a track record of managing and developing analytical teams while demonstrating influence at senior levels
  • Advanced knowledge of pricing theory, revenue management principles and yield optimisation techniques
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Fluent in English
