Job Description

Be the CEO’s and CFO’s go-to problem solver for Lovable’s highest-priority strategic challenges. Operate as the company’s first Strategic Operations hire — deploying into critical gaps that don’t have a clear owner, executing end-to-end, and leaving behind a function or process that runs without you. Start as an individual contributor and build a team of exceptional generalists over time.

Job Responsibility

  • Own special projects end-to-end (e.g., international market entry, standing up new functions, launching cross-functional initiatives)
  • Scope, execute, and hire permanent leaders for projects
  • Build the Strategic Operations function
  • Recruit and develop a team of exceptional generalists
  • Use AI and automation to build a fast, AI-native operating model

Requirements

  • Business generalist with range across functions (strategy, ops, finance, partnerships, go-to-market)
  • Pragmatic executor
  • Technical and data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with data (SQL, BI tools, or equivalent)
  • Use AI tools and agents
  • High-slope learner
  • 10+ years of broad-ranging experience
  • Structured thinking
  • Executive presence
  • Track record of outsized results
  • Startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus
  • Management consulting (MBB) or banking/PE foundation is likely but not a prerequisite
