As Head of Strategic and Product Marketing, you will play a hands-on, cross-functional role at the heart of Presto’s growth. You’ll shape how our Custom ASICs, Silicon Platforms, and Semiconductor Services are defined, structured, and positioned across the medical, industrial, and communication markets. You will start by working with a small team of one person, with the mandate to further develop the Strategic & Product Marketing function as the company scales.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve Presto’s strategic marketing direction and portfolio priorities
Translate technical capabilities into structured, market-ready offers
Drive business intelligence and ensure our strategic decisions are data-driven and aligned with market trends
Act as a key contributor to customer quoting and offer definition, ensuring coherence between technical feasibility, customer expectations, and business value
Lead market, technology, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Define target segments, value chains, and strategic priorities for ASIC and Service expansion
Provide input to portfolio roadmaps and investment decisions
Define, structure, and maintain the portfolio of Custom ASICs, Silicon Platforms, and Semiconductor Services
Collaborate with design, operations, and test teams to create modular, scalable, and value-driven offers
Steer the quotation and offer definition process for complex customer programs
Ensure pricing frameworks, competitiveness, and value articulation are consistent and transparent
Work closely with Sales, FAEs, Operations, and MarCom to ensure message coherence and operational alignment
Represent Presto at industry events, customer meetings, and partner discussions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the semiconductor or ASIC industry, combining technical and commercial exposure
Background in engineering, applications, or technical program management, with a demonstrated evolution toward product or strategic marketing
Deep understanding of Custom ASIC development flows, Silicon Platforms, and knowledge of semiconductor services (test, packaging, industrialization, NPI)
Proven experience or strong familiarity with medical and industrial markets
Highly hands-on, analytical, and execution-driven comfortable moving from technical to market discussions
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally worldwide
