Job Description:

Lead Fortnum’s store transformation strategy and delivery. Build a scalable pipeline of new stores, refurbishments, and format innovation that strengthens growth, customer experience, and brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the transformation strategy aligned to growth and brand priorities
  • Shape a balanced, scalable project pipeline
  • Define budgets, resource needs, and investment cases
  • Lead delivery from concept to launch

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in store transformation or retail development
  • Strong background in strategy, design management, construction, and compliance
  • Proven success managing large budgets and suppliers
  • Formal PM qualification desirable
  • Strategic, commercially astute, and customer‑centric
  • Experienced in leading complex portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Design‑literate, governance‑minded, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
