Job Description

We’re looking for an AMAZING Head of Store Experience to shape and elevate the in-store customer experience at DECJUBA. This senior leadership role is responsible for bringing our brand point of view and product to life in store - through high-impact visual storytelling, a seamless online-to-offline journey, and the ongoing evolution of our store environments. You’ll lead our Visual Merchandising and Store Development & Design teams, blending creativity with strong commercial judgement and disciplined delivery to create an unmistakably DECJUBA experience that teams can execute with simplicity - driving conversion, performance and brand elevation across our 160+ stores.

Requirements

  • Proven senior experience leading Visual Merchandising in a fashion/lifestyle retail environment (multi-store network). 10+ years
  • Strong understanding of how VM drives commercial outcomes: conversion, full-price sell-through, and customer behaviour
  • Demonstrated experience leading store development/projects (maintenance, refits, new store openings) with builders/designers and external suppliers
  • A natural translator of brand and product strategy into clear store execution - high standards, low noise, strong follow-through
  • Customer obsessed, commercially sharp, and able to balance creativity with operational practicality
  • An experienced people leader who builds capability and drives accountability through clear priorities and rhythms
