Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic extracurricular program that enriches student life and promotes active participation, well-being, and school spirit
  • Design and oversee a broad range of high-quality sports, clubs, and enrichment activities
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day delivery and alignment with the school’s values
  • Manage coaches, activity leaders, and external providers
  • Organize fixtures, tournaments, and special events
  • Ensure all programs meet safeguarding and health and safety standards
  • Oversee resources, facilities, equipment, and budgets
  • Work closely with school leaders, staff, and families to continuously strengthen and expand the school’s sports and after-school provision

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Sports Management, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading sports programs, after-school activities, or extracurricular provision within a school setting
  • Strong understanding of student wellbeing, inclusion, and development through sports and enrichment
  • Ability to lead and inspire coaches, instructors, and external providers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience coordinating events, fixtures, and student activities
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and risk management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic school environment
