Job Responsibility

  • Lead the creation and execution of strategies that increase direct and indirect revenue from branded content, events, and sponsorships
  • Identify and implement new monetization opportunities, from paid partnerships and brand integrations to owned formats and data-driven upsells
  • Work with sales, product, and content teams to create packages that maximize yield per asset or campaign
  • Redesign workflows, team roles, and processes to align creative output with revenue objectives
  • Introduce best practices for content conversion
  • Coach and upskill regional teams to think and act with a 'content-as-a-business' mindset
  • Oversee performance dashboards but focus on decision-making and execution, not just data collection
  • Continuously test and optimize content performance across the funnel
  • Develop partnerships that increase monetization potential (platforms, brands, media partners)
  • Experiment with new content formats, digital products, and audience revenue models
