Job Description:

As a member of the marketing & sales management team, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Director. You work in close collaboration with the different Sales Managers as Head of Specialized Sales to drive the business growth into your respective territory and the one of the respective Sales Manager. Your territory will be a mix of new logo’s and existing customers. Beside driving the business, monitoring the sales performance in line with the sales plan (in support of Inetum's business plan) will be a key element.

Job Responsibility:

  • You create a winning sales culture, with a focus on growth and development
  • You develop in consultation with HR the necessary initiatives to support the employee life cycle in the sales organization
  • You set up a strong diligence in following-up the business activities
  • You develop and implement, in consultation with Finance - Business Support, appropriate measurements and reporting to realize the sales plan
  • You develop and bring into use templates for Account Plan Review, Close plan and sales performance reviews
  • You organize the support towards the annual and regular preparation of the business plan for the upcoming period
  • You are the project manager for the management and optimization of the sales renumeration plan

Requirements:

  • Combine technology & IT sector know-how, business acumen, familiarity with marketing, and a prior experience of minimum 5 years leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of people development and demonstrated leadership skills
