Job Responsibility:

  • Lead eShepherd’s global partnership ecosystem
  • Identify the right partners, negotiate agreements, and build simple, scalable ways for them to succeed
  • Create simple and scalable enablement tools, training and performance dashboards
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Operations and Regional Leads
  • Monitor partner performance, identifying strengths and improvement areas
  • Build relationships with the organisations that influence adoption in each market

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships or business development
  • Proven success designing and operationalising global partnership programs
  • Leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and stakeholder management
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, growth-phase environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Nice to have:

  • Experience in agri-tech or related sectors
