Harrington Starr has partnered up with a Global Financial Payments company who is looking to hire a Head of Development and join a an Engineering Team in London where you will work and look after a team of 20 Engineers. They are a Payments that provide systems for the Banking, Crypto and Digital Payments API's. What you'll be doing: Lead engineering teams building core Payments Platform; Own architecture and delivery of systems covering data, workflows, and controls; Drive platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory readiness; Develop engineering leaders and embed strong delivery discipline. What we're looking for: Senior leadership experience and hands on Development in Claude-Code AI Engineers; Experience and hands on Development with JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS; Expert experience with NESTJS Framework; Strong domain knowledge across Payments or Fintech; Able to bridge technical execution with business and client requirements.
