Restaurant Partners are the backbone of Uber Eats, allowing us to create outstanding consumer selection and powering the growth of our platform as we innovate and expand our suite of products. As Head of SMB Account Management (m/w/d) at Uber Eats - Germany, you are a business owner who will drive the growth strategy and customer experience for our existing restaurant partners (and growing!). You will be responsible for the Account Management of SMB Restaurants for Germany, leading a team of managers and their Account Managers across different locations in Germany. SMB Restaurants is the largest segment of Uber Eats, responsible for the majority of our sales and growth. Germany is one of the key growth markets globally, where you'll have the potential to shape a business for the future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the complete team of restaurant SMB Account Managers for Uber Eats Germany, focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining a strong and motivated pool of talent
  • Work closely with our Restaurant Partners, building lasting relationships and ensuring their satisfaction and success working with Uber Eats
  • Be instrumental in boosting restaurant revenue and value on the Uber Eats platform. This involves strategically leveraging tools like marketing and product adoption while ensuring a strong end-customer experience
  • Expertly manage stakeholder relationships, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to enhance the restaurant partner experience and achieve growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German is required and based in Berlin
  • An extensive track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing account management teams of 20+ members, including the management of other leaders
  • Substantial experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally with a focus on SMB and a significant digital component
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency and growth
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
