Job Description

Atos is seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Smart Platform Technologies organization — a 300‑expert global team driving SAP, ServiceNow and Salesforce services. The role includes full strategic, operational and financial accountability, with significant influence on Atos’ enterprise software direction. You will lead a multinational practice, drive transformation across cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML and IoT, and strengthen delivery excellence and competitiveness by turning vision into measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the development strategy for the ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce practices in alignment with Atos’ business goals
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to plan and execute the pipeline and prepare customer proposals
  • Work with other Atos business units in a multinational, matrixed environment
  • Develop team structures, competencies, and the managerial capability within the practices
  • Drive financial performance across revenue, margin, profitability, and resource utilization
  • Oversee project delivery quality and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with technology partners (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce), ensuring compliance with partner program requirements and maintaining partnership statuses
  • Define and execute strategies across supporting domains: cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML, and IoT
  • Build a competitive services portfolio, including new offerings, IP development, and competency roadmaps
  • Coshape the direction of Atos’ enterprise software strategy at the regional and global level

Requirements

  • Experience in managing technological areas or leading practices within an IT services organization
  • Strong leadership competencies and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise-class solutions (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce or similar ecosystems)
  • Ability to combine business, technology, and organizational priorities
  • Knowledge of cloud, platform architectures, data, automation, integration, and modern operating models
  • Experience working in an international environment
