Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring and supporting the academic progress, attendance and behaviour of students in the Oasis Academy Hadley Sixth Form
  • Championing a culture of high expectations, backed by high levels of care for our students as individuals
  • Continual development of our ambitious A Level and Level 3 BTEC curriculum
  • Working with Sixth Form teachers to support individual students in removing barriers to learning so that all students achieve their potential
  • Working with our Careers and Enrichment Leader to develop a programme of activities that will support students’ personal, social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • A track record of improving outcomes at KS3/KS4/FE
  • Skilled at making data-informed decisions, implementing targeted interventions, and developing robust parent relationships
