Head of Site – Summer Camp

• Lead, manage and coordinate all site staff and contractors, setting expectations and ensuring full operational coverage
• Oversee daily operations including accommodation, facilities, maintenance, cleaning, equipment, stock control and site set‑up/take‑down
• Ensure all staff follow site protocols: health & safety, safeguarding, security, fire safety, medical/medication procedures, food hygiene, and incident reporting
• Liaise daily with senior team (Rosh, Sgan, Welfare, Security, Kitchen) to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and all operational needs are met
• Act as the on‑site lead for incident response, problem‑solving and emergency coordination, escalating where necessary and recording actions
• Support participant wellbeing by maintaining strong communication with welfare and medical teams

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and project‑management ability
• Able to manage pressure, prioritise effectively and solve problems
• Knowledge of Orthodox Jewish customs and practices

• Driver’s Licence
• First Aid / Mental Health First Aid qualifications
