As Head of SEO / Organic Acquisition you'll lead the growth of multiple international iGaming brands through search. Owning the full organic acquisition strategy, the position shapes a resilient search ecosystem that includes brand protection, affiliate ecosystem analysis, satellite networks, and competitor interception. This is a hands-on role where you design and execute strategies, manage technical SEO, and work with product, engineering, CRM, affiliates, and external partners to lift visibility and drive growth across markets. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with practical execution to stay ahead in fast-moving search environments, where domain stability and affiliate ecosystems require careful navigation. You will be accountable for organic performance across multiple brands and markets, and you will mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Develop and execute the full organic search strategy across all brands and markets
Drive brand search dominance and SERP control
Monitor affiliate ecosystems and competitor search strategies
Lead link authority and backlink growth strategies
Develop satellite SEO site strategies for traffic capture
Drive long-term organic acquisition growth
Brand Protection & SERP Control
Monitor brand SERPs and identify brand hijacking
Manage brand protection domains and mirror strategies
Coordinate domain migration and search visibility strategies
Satellite SEO Network Development
Develop internal SEO satellite websites targeting brand and competitor queries
Identify high-intent search opportunities
Coordinate development and content teams.
Requirements:
6-8 years of SEO experience with at least 3 years in iGaming or highly competitive industries
Experience managing large-scale SEO projects across multiple domains
Deep understanding of affiliate SEO ecosystems
Advanced in organic acquisition growth and Brand SERP dominance
Experienced in reducing traffic leakage to affiliates and increasing search visibility in key markets.
