Job Responsibility

  • Serve as an active member of the School Leadership Team (SALT), directly supervising Key Stage Leaders, conducting teacher appraisals, and setting challenging professional development objectives
  • Maintain a teaching load of no less than 8 hours per week, serving as an exceptional classroom role model who promotes 21st-century teaching strategies, methodology, and technology
  • Plan and execute comprehensive pastoral care, discipline, and student behavior policies, while coordinating a cost-efficient co-curricular and enrichment program with rigorous risk assessments
  • Oversee day-to-day school operations to ensure the daily program runs smoothly using a well-managed timetable schedule, while leading the induction of newly appointed teaching staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • A recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE is preferred
  • Experience in curriculum development, budget management, and implementing comprehensive administrative procedures
  • Ability to connect warmly with internal and external stakeholders, including parents and external service providers
  • 8 years experience
