As Head of SDR, you will lead and scale the Inbound Sales Development team responsible for qualifying marketing-generated leads and setting high-quality meetings for our regional sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing, metrics-driven culture that ensures every qualified lead moves efficiently through the funnel. This role is essential to generating pipeline for mid-to-large deals across our CRM solutions portfolio, and to ensure our centralized Hub delivers consistent value to the broader commercial organization.
Job Responsibility:
Build, lead, and coach the inbound SDR team based in Utrecht
Optimize lead qualification processes and criteria in close collaboration with Marketing and RevOps
Ensure effective handoff of qualified leads to Inside Sales or regional teams
Monitor team KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-first-contact, meeting quality)
Work with Marketing to close the feedback loop and improve lead generation strategies
Establish playbooks and workflows to ensure scalable onboarding and performance
Hire and develop SDRs, creating clear career paths and high employee engagement
Align activities with global sales goals and report regularly on team performance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales development
At least 2 years in a team leadership role
Strong knowledge of lead qualification methodologies (BANT, CHAMP, etc.)
Experience working closely with Marketing and Sales Ops teams in a demand-gen funnel
Strong coaching and people development skills
Fluent in English
Willing to relocate to Utrecht
