Take Strategic Ownership of a Specialised Science Curriculum. Are you an experienced Science teacher looking for a role where you can break free from rigid mainstream constraints and exercise true pedagogical autonomy? We specialise in providing creative, relationship-driven education solutions for children and young people aged 7 to 19 who are 'lost to learning' or 'hard to place.' We are seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking educator to step into the role of Science Lead - a position designed for an expert practitioner who wants to combine classroom excellence with high-impact strategic leadership. This role offers a distinct hybrid structure, providing dedicated weekly release time to focus entirely on senior leadership responsibilities, quality assurance, and staff development, alongside targeted teaching.
