As a senior leader within UTAS Health, you will forge strong partnerships across the University and with health services, government, industry, and communities. Requirements:
Academic qualifications and/or experience commensurate with a senior academic appointment in a Nursing discipline
Leadership experience with a strong record of achievement in teaching, research, and engagement within a University or clinical education setting
Experience shaping and sustaining a high-performing inclusive organisational culture of large teams
Strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching quality assurance, and student experience enhancement
Experience in research leadership, including fostering collaboration, maintaining research quality and integrity, and securing partnerships
Sound financial and resource management capabilities, including budget development, forecasting, and efficient deployment of people and assets
Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, risk management and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders
