Requirements:

  • Academic qualifications and/or experience commensurate with a senior academic appointment in a Nursing discipline
  • Leadership experience with a strong record of achievement in teaching, research, and engagement within a University or clinical education setting
  • Experience shaping and sustaining a high-performing inclusive organisational culture of large teams
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching quality assurance, and student experience enhancement
  • Experience in research leadership, including fostering collaboration, maintaining research quality and integrity, and securing partnerships
  • Sound financial and resource management capabilities, including budget development, forecasting, and efficient deployment of people and assets
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, risk management and regulatory frameworks
