We are looking for a Head of Sales who can elevate commercial performance across Grocery, Specialist Retail, Ecommerce and Export channels. Someone who understands how to balance growth with margin, who can bring structure and clarity to commercial execution, and who knows how to build high-performing teams in a multi-channel FMCG environment. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy and delivery, with responsibility for pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment, mix optimisation and customer relationships. It requires someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on level; setting direction while also ensuring execution is strong and consistent across all channels.
