This is an all-encompassing strategic 'doer' of a Head of Sales role in this dynamic and well-funded business. Job Responsibility:
Grow the business across the top Retail customers & Out of Home
Full responsibility for P&L, reporting, senior relationship contact & ownership of performance metrics
Work closely with the marketing, operations and NPD functions to recommend best in class category growth decisions for customers alongside business growth objectives
Nurture and grow your team
Requirements:
FMCG big business or large branded training background
Grocery Retail experience
Out of Home Experience
Experience of food & beverages is essential
High drive and ambition led mindset
Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally
