Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration
Utilize sales forecasting and CRM management to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer success and satisfaction
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer engagement
Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights to executive leadership for strategic planning

Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role
Proficient in advanced sales techniques and sales forecasting

Solid expertise in client relationship management and customer success strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement

Fluency in English (C1 level) is required
