Job Responsibility:

  • Growing TRKKNs market growth through new clients and revenue expansion by GMP upselling and cross-selling and revenue from services
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and position TRKKN as a key partner for Google in the market
  • Supporting other markets with GMP licenses, creating case studies with Google and clients, and participating in Google-funded local projects
  • Developing a broader Marketing strategy for the German market and executing on it with the help of the central marketing team
  • Serving as one of the key faces of TRKKN Germany towards the market
  • Developing the sales team by managing talent and career paths, offering learning and development opportunities, and preserving the TRKKN culture

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience in sales, customer acquisition and engagement within the online marketing, data analytics and marketing technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth with outbound lead generation tactics and exceptional consultative selling
  • Deep technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud services
  • Entrepreneurial and sales mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
  • Proven sales and people leader who combines a visionary, strategic mindset with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in English and German (min. C1)
  • Open to travel Europe-wide, mostly within Germany, for client meetings and industry events
