Job Responsibility:
Lead and coach a team of 3 sales leaders and ~20 BDMs in our North Sydney office
Drive new business growth across SMB, MM, and Enterprise accounts
Build and sustain a high-performance sales culture focused on velocity, quality, and consistency
Set and execute strategic plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all regions
Partner cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Customer teams to refine GTM strategy who generate upwards of 500+ meetings a month
Use data and performance insights to continuously optimise team structure and sales processes
Requirements:
You’ve led other leaders — this is a second-line leadership role
Proven experience managing high-volume SaaS sales teams
You know how to sell across multiple segments: SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
You’ve managed and motivated teams of 15+ BDMs and thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments
You understand that deal velocity is everything—and know how to coach and hire for it
3+ years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role
