The Role As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving regional growth across North America and Latin America. You will lead a small but growing sales team and manage a network of distributors, balancing strategic direction with hands-on commercial leadership. This role is well suited to a sales leader with experience in water, environmental, or technical product markets, who is comfortable operating in a distributor-led, international environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own regional sales performance, including revenue, forecasting, and margin delivery
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
Lead, coach, and support a small regional sales team (approx. 4–8 people)
Manage and grow a network of distributors and channel partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities across utilities, laboratories, industrial users, and government organisations
Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives
Maintain effective use of CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements:
Experience selling into water, wastewater, environmental, or related technical markets
Proven experience managing a small sales team
Experience working with distributors or channel partners
Track record of delivering revenue growth in a B2B environment
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
