A Utah-based, recurring B2B services company, backed by a long-term hold private equity firm, has scaled from $9M in early 2024 to $25M by the end of 2025 and is building the foundation for its next phase of growth. With strong profitability, active acquisitions, and expansion across multiple Western states, the company is hiring a Head of Sales to formalize the go-to-market strategy, build a structured outbound motion, and scale the organization for its next stage of growth.
Job Responsibility:

Oversee a team of 6 field sales reps
Unify the go-to-market strategy
Spend time in the field with reps
Evaluating territories and performance expectations
Formalizing outbound strategy
Improving forecasting and CRM utilization (HubSpot)
Partnering cross-functionally
Requirements:
~7+ years of B2B sales experience
~3+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and close consultative, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience helping build or shape an outbound motion
Background in relationship-driven B2B services (security, facilities services, janitorial, pest control, etc.) highly relevant
Strong sales process orientation (qualification, forecasting, next-step discipline)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and staying close to deals
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar
Utah-based and able to be in the Lehi office 3–4 days per week
