At Vantage Towers, we’re on a mission to power Europe’s sustainable digital transformation. As a leading tower company, we’re ushering in an era of technology-driven advances to help connect people, businesses, and internet-enabled devices like never before. We combine the scale, stability, and quality of our tower network with the agility, optimism, and energy of a start-up. As a young TowerCo, we have already achieved strong results with a continued focus on accelerating growth and a special emphasis put on sustainability. If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together. The role requires exceptional influencing capability and the ability to navigate and shape outcomes across the complex MNO stakeholder matrix in Spain. As the senior commercial representative, the Head of Sales must build and sustain hightrust relationships with executives across all major operators, ensuring strategic alignment, longterm partnership value, and joint commercial success

  • Act as the primary strategic interface with the Spanish MNO ecosystem, exercising strong influencing power across a complex stakeholder matrix. Build, strengthen, and orchestrate hightrust, multilevel relationships with senior executives to secure longterm partnership value, commercial advantage, and strategic alignment
  • Identify, shape, and capitalise on new market opportunities, leading the definition of innovative propositions, business cases, and growth pathways that reinforce Vantage Towers’ competitive position
  • Oversee excellence in complex dealmaking, ensuring rigorous governance in offer management, negotiation strategy, and contract execution
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment with Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure cohesive customer solutions and marketleading execution
  • Ensure datadriven decisionmaking through highquality forecasting, market intelligence, and pipeline governance that informs executive and Grouplevel planning
  • Represent Vantage Towers as a senior commercial ambassador in the industry, shaping external perception, strengthening our influence, and reinforcing the organisation’s relevance in strategic dialogues

Requirements
