Job Responsibility
Lead and build the Sales team in Singapore and own end-to-end commercial success of your team
Define and drive vision and strategy for Singapore sales team, creating local focus while aligning with global and regional strategy
Engage with largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and helping team navigate long sales cycles with complex fintech solutions to win new customers
Adopt and influence Adyen Sales Methodology and Selling Process and drive best practices on selling and forecasting
Develop best practices to enable organisation to more rapidly scale to deliver on revenue targets and support KPIs for growth
Partner cross-functionally across different teams (e.g. SDR, Marketing, Account Management, Product, Partnerships, regionally and globally)
Requirements
Extensive sales hunter experience, specialising in serving multinational enterprise customers
Strong experience with sales forecasting and metrics, coaching and driving sales methodologies and processes
10+ years working in Singapore, with demonstrated experience in leading senior sales contributors
Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Businesses in Singapore and Asia
Resilient and capacity to challenge and influence
Ability to structure and prioritise in high volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to pick up on complex fintech discussions
Team player who understands what drives sales individuals
