Job Description

In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Senior Director for Distributor Markets and you will lead our business and partners in our North Africa cluster. You will work closely with the Senior Director and internal stakeholders to drive the performance and long-term growth of our distributors. The work location is at Coloplast’s headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark. You should expect ~50 travel days annually.

Job Responsibility

  • Taking ownership of your cluster and P&L, coherently from strategic direction to financial results
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to our distributors to shape their strategic and commercial agenda, ensuring you “bring the best of Coloplast”
  • Develop and deliver on market strategies and plans with our distributors and internal experts (i.e.., cross-functionally orchestrating portfolio, marketing, supply chain, etc.)
  • Identifying and driving market and portfolio improvements, including market access on reimbursement, product launches and discontinuations
  • Driving active performance management of our distributors (e.g., monthly business updates, quarter business reviews, annual business plans)
  • Identifying and entering potential new markets
  • Running and optimizing the financial aspects of your cluster (e.g., monthly outlook, quarterly rolling forecasts, distributor terms, delivery on KPIs)
  • Participating in cross-regional projects (e.g., our annual Distributor Bootcamp)

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in partner sales, key account management, business development, commercial excellence, or related fields
  • Industry experience in healthcare and medical devices
  • Functional experience with B2B or distributor/partner sales models
  • Language fluency in French is strongly preferred
  • Education at the master's level, with strong academic credentials
  • Self-motivated with a full ownership mindset, from strategy to results
  • Structured, analytical, and financially literate
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
  • Excited and willing to be close to the frontline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
