Job Responsibility:
Oversee pricing, market trends, and competitor intelligence to drive informed business decisions
Drive and oversee integrated sales and marketing plans for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, including both upscale and affordable developments
Manage end-to-end campaigns including events, launches, and digital initiatives to attract qualified leads
Establish and grow strong partnerships with agents, investors, and industry stakeholders
Lead a high-performing team to meet sales targets and deliver a premium client experience
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in property sales and marketing
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven success in leading sales initiatives across both luxury and affordable residential and commercial developments
