Job Responsibility
Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure all subordinates reach their monthly targets and performance goals
Business Development: Actively identify and open new accounts while making regular on-site visits to maintain strong client relationships
Operational Oversight: Monitor order delivery, analyze monthly department performance, and continuously execute improvements in line with established policies
Financial Control: Responsible for overseeing collections, managing credit control, and supervising Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in a related field
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced business environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively
