Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and positioning NETEX as a market leader in ERP and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, a proven track record in enterprise/ERP sales, and the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client relationships
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand into new industry segments
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure a seamless client onboarding and customer experience in coordination with technical teams
  • Represent the company at key industry events, presentations, and strategic meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ERP / enterprise software sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a strategic level
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, and Hospitality sectors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
  • Highly analytical, target-driven, and commercially focused mindset
  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification is an advantage)
