We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and positioning NETEX as a market leader in ERP and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, a proven track record in enterprise/ERP sales, and the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability
Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client relationships
Oversee the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and key stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities and expand into new industry segments
Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align go-to-market strategies
Ensure a seamless client onboarding and customer experience in coordination with technical teams
Represent the company at key industry events, presentations, and strategic meetings
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ERP / enterprise software sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a strategic level
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, and Hospitality sectors
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
Highly analytical, target-driven, and commercially focused mindset
Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification is an advantage)
