This role is responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy for commercial risk solutions within the Indonesian market. This role oversees the sales team, drives revenue, growth from existing clients and ensures alignment with wider strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in commercial risk solutions
Drive a Deliver Aon United (DAU) culture in the business and amongst the client service teams
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client service
Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key prospects/clients, and negotiate high-value contracts
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales initiatives align with company goals and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DAU, support retention and growth from existing accounts
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
Requirements:
5 years+ experience in sales
Minimum regulatory requirements as stipulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant authority
Experienced and consistent record in leading sales team of related experience in broking/consulting/professional services firm
Highly motivated and excellent leadership skills while consistently working towards results
An effective communicator who uses consultative selling skills
Possess strategic planning skills, business acumen, and sales proficiency
Demonstrate accountability, coaching, and management skills
Alignment to departmental and organizational vision and goals
Effective interpersonal and people management skills
