Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in the US market. As Head of Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the US market

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and finance, to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of delivery leadership experience in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion in the US market
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyse sales performance data and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of IT services market trends and competitors
