Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of all annual revenue goals across multiple channels including sponsorships, partnerships, and digital initiatives
Manage personal sales targets in addition to team objectives, consistently delivering on revenue quotas
Develop and implement scalable outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Enhance sales systems by refining pricing, packaging, and operational frameworks
Lead high-level negotiations with senior marketing professionals and brand decision-makers
Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, sponsorship, or brand partnerships
Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and expanding into new markets
Experience managing a sales team and building sales infrastructure and discipline
Strong ability to cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships
Exceptional negotiation skills with a confident, executive presence
