Job Responsibility:
Lead, develop, and manage sales teams and the branch network to achieve IWPB business objectives
Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience and encourage channel migration
Operate with the highest standards, meeting all regulatory requirements and managing operational risks
Deliver the branch plan, including leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience
Play an active role as part of the wider leadership team
Requirements:
Previous sales management experience and a solid track record of delivering results
At least 5 years of people management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively
Experience in building effective networks across business areas
A comprehensive knowledge of Distribution processes, systems, and controls
