Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop the Swedish sales organization
Drive new merchant acquisition

Scale and retain our merchant base
Own performance, pipeline and forecasting
Drive commercial alignment across the business
Shape the Swedish commercial strategy
Protect and grow merchant profitability
Requirements:
Experience leading and developing B2B sales teams in fast-moving environments
A track record of driving commercial growth through hands-on leadership
Experience working with complex partnerships or key accounts
The ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, structure and performance management
A leadership style that combines coaching, clarity and accountability
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how deals, pricing and partnerships drive long-term profitability
Nice to have:
Experience from e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics or fintech is a strong advantage
