Build, lead and scale Instabee’s commercial engine in Sweden — driving growth through hands-on leadership, strong execution and close collaboration with the market.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing B2B sales teams in fast-moving environments
  • A track record of driving commercial growth through hands-on leadership
  • Experience working with complex partnerships or key accounts
  • The ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, structure and performance management
  • A leadership style that combines coaching, clarity and accountability
  • Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how deals, pricing and partnerships drive long-term profitability

Nice to have

Experience from e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics or fintech is a strong advantage
