Job Responsibility

  • developing our restaurant business — delivering an exceptional experience for our users while building a strong and sustainable foundation for Deliveroo’s growth.
  • Leading a large field sales team: 60+ individuals (regional sales managers and business development managers) who help grow Deliveroo’s presence across France by building partnerships with local restaurants.
  • Designing and refining business processes — for example, developing new reporting tools to guide data-driven decisions and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Defining strategic priorities, building roadmaps, and making financial decisions, being fully accountable for sales performance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in Sales or Consulting, with a strong commercial track record.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • able to define and execute strategy at a local or national level.
  • Motivated to own and grow your own business unit within Deliveroo.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
